Request deletion

You may request deletion of personal data associated with Tint School Online, including data received when you comment on our Facebook Page or message us through Facebook Messenger.

Email [email protected] with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” Include the email address connected to your Tint School Online account and, for a Facebook request, a link to your Facebook profile or the name used in the Messenger conversation. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or government identification by email.

Verification and timing

We may ask for limited information needed to verify that the request belongs to you. Once verified, we immediately exclude the relevant Messenger contact from AI processing and complete deletion or pseudonymisation within 30 days. We will confirm when the request is complete.

What may be retained

We may retain body-free audit records or information required for fraud prevention, security, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, or another legal obligation. Retained information is restricted to those purposes and is not used for AI support replies or marketing.
