You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to purchase our courses. By completing a purchase, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
When you enroll, you will receive login credentials to access the course platform hosted on Kajabi. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. What You're Purchasing
Tint School Online offers digital educational courses focused on window tinting skills and business development. Your purchase grants you:
- Lifetime access to all course content included in your plan at the time of purchase.
- Unlimited employee logins — you may share access with members of your team or business.
- Access to the private community, downloadable templates, business blueprint, and any bonus materials described on the sales page at the time of your purchase.
"Lifetime access" means for as long as we operate the platform. In the unlikely event that we discontinue the platform, we will provide at least 90 days' notice and make course materials available for download.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and are inclusive of the stated amount at checkout. You agree to pay the full amount at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing purchases.
4. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full refund, no questions asked, within 30 days of your purchase date. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your name and order details. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
After 30 days, all sales are final. No partial refunds or credits will be issued beyond the guarantee period.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content — including videos, text, images, templates, documents, and community posts created by us — is the intellectual property of Global Tint LLC and is protected by copyright law.
You may not:
- Copy, redistribute, resell, or share course content with anyone outside your enrolled team.
- Record, screen-capture, or download videos unless explicitly provided as downloadable files.
- Use our materials to create a competing course or training program.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access without a refund.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

- Share your login credentials outside your organization in a way that constitutes redistribution.
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other community members or staff.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.

Tint School Online provides education and training. We do not guarantee specific income, business results, or career outcomes. Any testimonials, case studies, or income examples shared on our Site represent individual results and are not typical. Your results will vary based on your effort, experience, market conditions, and many other factors.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Tint LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course.

Our Services integrate with or are delivered through third-party platforms including Stripe (payments) and Kajabi (course delivery). Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or operation of third-party services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms. In cases of termination for cause (e.g., content piracy, abuse), no refund will be issued.
